What we collect
- Your email address and when you signed up.
- Your country, worked out from your IP address at signup. We save the country, not the IP address.
- Your order, if you buy a founding seat: the name and email you give at checkout. Your card details go to Polar and never reach us.
- How you use this site: pages you visit and what you click, through PostHog. It keeps an ID in a cookie and your browser’s storage so it can tell visits apart.
Our server also keeps short-lived technical logs that can include IP addresses, used only to keep the site running. We don’t use ad trackers.
What we use it for
To email you about NChurn’s launch and early access, to give you your founding seat or refund, and to see which parts of this site work. Nothing else. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Your choices
We keep your email until you ask us to delete it or we stop working on NChurn. Email [email protected] to see, fix or delete what we hold about you, and we’ll reply within 30 days. If you’re in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
When NChurn launches, it will handle more data, like a read-only Stripe key. We’ll update this policy before then. If anything important changes, we’ll email you first.
